I used my heart rate monitor this morning while I did the T-Tapp Basic Plus workout, which is about 15 minutes long. My monitor registered 187 calories burned! Not too shabby huh? I even took a couple of breaks between some of the exercises with which I have a love/hate relationship. LOL I was planning to get on the treadmill for about 10 minutes after "tapping" like I did yesterday, but I'm POOPED. :)
