Went to Zumba this morning...

and burned a whopping 745 calories in 58 minutes! Pretty dang good stuff!

B: Orowheat sandwich thin, toasted, with peanut butter & light margerine
L: Grilled cheese w/ tomato on Orowheat, vegetable soup
S: Apple or peach
D: Swedish Meatballs (South Beach recipe...ended up not having these last night because I was too busy to get to it early enough), noodles, garden green beans
S: Peach or apple
Ex: Zumba this AM, some light isometrics after lunch (not enough to get sweaty)
