
I tried this today and I absolutely loved it. I used 3 lb weights (they use 2 lbs) and thought they might be a little heavy for all those reps, and I was right. I had to put them down a couple of times. Nice flowing movements with strength training, cardio and stretching all at once. Love the instructor too...Ellen Barrett.
